I need a muse to inspire a muse...
Sep. 4th, 2004 06:30 pmOr in other words, I find myself doing creative writing as an enrichment course this year, and I was wondering if folks could throw me some ideas about what I should include. I know this isn't the usual sort of entry posted here, but I thought it might be an interesting and fruitful place to reap some ideas.
So far I'm toying with ideas like - the 100 words thing for a week, perhaps having a half term where we deal with different themes, looking at different types of poetry and different fiction genres - so actually doing some reading rather than just writing, doing some 'game' type things like continuing & passing stories round the group and so on.
I was wondering if anyone has been involved with any sort of formal workshops and if so what stuff did you do, or if you were going to be involved i a workshop what sort of stuff would you be interested in doing?
